BHIS wins competitive UIC Bridge to the Faculty award
The Department of Biomedical and Health Information Sciences (BHIS) was awarded a place in UIC's competitive 2021 Bridge to the Faculty recruitment program. The program provides support for a two-year scholar position who is expected to transition to a faculty role. The department's application was described as "outstanding" within a "very strong" pool of applications. The department will conduct a search to fill the newly awarded position in the coming year.
