CBM Clinic: Spring into Mindfulness Program

March is right around the corner which means that spring is near! This spring, the Cognition, Behavior and Mindfulness Clinic will be hosting a 4-week Spring Mindfulness program for children, teens, and young adults with autism and other neurodevelopmental disabilities. Our “Spring into Mindfulness” program will teach group members to incorporate mindfulness into their every day lives and to identify meaningful goals they can work towards. Sessions will take place on zoom and groups will meet twice a week for hour long sessions.

These sessions will be free of charge and will begin the week of March 15th.  If you are a parent of or a person with autism and you are interested in signing up, please use the link below to fill out the interest form.
