Giamila Fantuzzi wins funding to use free teaching materials
KN professor Giamila Fantuzzi is one of 11 UIC faculty members selected to receive Open Textbook Faculty Incentive Program funding to use free and online teaching materials in the classroom. Fantuzzi and fellow winners were rewarded for using library-based and open educational resources instead of textbooks. The program is sponsored by the UIC Office of the Provost and the UIC University Library.
