Jessie Chin awarded a $30,000 UIC CCTS Pilot Grant Award
BHIS research assistant professor Jessie Chin has been awarded a $30,000 CCTS Pilot Grant Award from the UIC Center for Clinical and Translational Science for her research project entitled, "Promoting Physical Activity With Conversational Agents for Sedentary Older Adults." Project investigators include KN associate professor David Marquez. The project will examine "a novel delivery mechanism for a physical activity program through a commercially-available conversational agent, Google Home."
