New NIH data sharing policy
As you should know by now, all NIH grant proposals submitted on or after January 25, 2023 must have a data sharing plan. Earlier this month the NIH announced the availability of a new website https://sharing.nih.gov/) which includes everything you need to know about the new policy including how to choose a data repository. Perhaps the most useful section is tips for writing and budgeting for your data management plan. Please plan ahead to meet this new requirement.
