DHD clinical associate professor Patricia Ann Politano presented a session entitled, "Supporting Beginning Communicators in the Classroom: Where to Start and Where to Go" at Closing the Gap 2018 in Prior Lake, MN, Sept. 26. Attendees learned strategies and tools for assessment of students who are beginning [non-symbolic] communicators.
