Request for applications: Enhancing Cross-disciplinary Innovation and Training for Opportunity (EXITO) Pilot Project
New pilot project aims to stimulate research to support independent investigators who will mentor undergraduate students in their research within AHS.
The Enhancing Cross-disciplinary Innovation and Training for Opportunity (EXITO) Pilot Project will support research projects that can be carried out in a short period of time (one year) with limited resources. Projects can include feasibility studies; secondary analyses of existing data; small, self-contained research projects; projects to develop new research methodologies or technology. The purpose of this funding opportunity announcement is to stimulate research to support independent investigators that will mentor undergraduate students in their research.
Workshops to provide technical assistance for responding to this RFA will be provided Aug. 27, 2024, Sep. 19, 2024, and Jan. 28, 2025.
Proposals are due October 21, 2024 by 7 p.m. CST.
