Robert Motl is a co-author of "Moderate-to-Vigorous Physical Activity is Related With Retinal Neuronal and Axonal Integrity in Persons With Multiple Sclerosis" published in Neurorehabilitation and Neural Repair. In this paper, scientists found moderate-to-vigorous physical activity was positively associated with axonal and neuronal integrity in adults with multiple sclerosis, suggesting that increasing physical activity could help manage multiple sclerosis.
